This powerful processor supports the largest number of displays, input sources, and IP streams in the Haivision product catalog. It is designed on a Windows 10 PC-based architecture and leverages our proprietary FX Graphics Engine to support accelerated graphics processing and massive resolutions. Controlled with the Command 360 software platform, the Alpha FX Elite delivers the 24/7 reliability, performance, and ease-of-use demanded by mission-critical applications.

Processor Features

Multi-4K Capture & Display

The Alpha FX Elite is multi-4K-capable, supporting up to 20 4K (or 80 HD) displays and capturing content from up to 48 4K (or 48 HD) HDMI sources. It can also capture and/or stream up to 48 4K (or 192 HD) IP video sources simultaneously.

Native IP Encoding & Decoding

This device supports native IP encoding and decoding, so users can not only access and display real-time video content from anywhere on the network – they can also encode local content sources or regions of their video wall and share them with colleagues and display systems around the world. Low-latency H.264 encoding and decoding ensures IP streams look as seamless as local input sources.

Native Content Support

Like all Alpha FX controllers, the Alpha FX Elite supports native video playback and image rendering, enabling the display of additional content without expansion hardware.

Displays Virtually Any Content

This processor supports signals in virtually any format – digital or analog, physical or IP – and accepts content from nearly any device, including workstations, laptops, tablets, cameras, media players, and more.

Infinite Content Source Duplication

This processor can duplicate a displayed content source an unlimited number of times without any loss of frame rate. This makes it easy to isolate and zoom into specific regions of content without losing sight of the big picture.

Multi-Video Wall Control

The Alpha FX Elite can drive multiple video walls, including systems with different display types or aspect ratios. Multiple video walls can be controlled as a single system or managed separately. You can even divide a single video wall into smaller display regions.
