Marketing – The Senior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for communicating the value of our broad product catalog to the market. You will develop the product strategies, launch plans, product update plans, sales promotions, product branding, competitive research, and sales tool development that the company will use to introduce and sell our expanding product catalog to the market.
Support – We are looking for an experienced Support Technician who is deeply committed to first rate customer and technical support. The ideal candidate will share our passion for prompt, friendly, competent resolution of our client’s technical issues. (S)he will be comfortable providing support via phone, email and when necessary in person on client sites.
Sales – The SDR is responsible for qualifying inbound leads, calling on existing customers and prospects, and assisting the field sales team with potential opportunities. They directly contribute to new business revenue and is the go-to expert when it comes to qualifying potential clients, grading product-market fit, and keeping sales pipelines full of quality leads.
Sales – Inside Sales Representative is a key role supporting the sales efforts of our Southeastern and Midwestern US Sales Team. They will support the growth of our solutions in the public safety and enterprise critical operations markets. The ideal candidate is an energetic and individual who is highly motivated by personal achievement.
Project Management – We seek a talented, experienced, and disciplined Project Manager to drive AV projects from the infrastructure phase through in-house build and configuration and onsite implementation and commissioning. Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, self-starter, and capable of working both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
